Our Brew Master is dedicated to creating a diverse range of brews, from light and refreshing to bold and award-winning flavors. Our menus are designed to offer a variety of options, featuring not only adventurous culinary creations but also familiar dishes - all with a unique chef's twist. We strive to make each of our restaurants unique, taking inspiration from local history and the nature around us. Our motto, "Embrace Your Nature, " reflects our commitment to using locally-sourced ingredients and brewing with hops and barley grown on our farm in Ottawa, Illinois.

• Beer Locations: Our Ottawa Taproom & Brewery is the home of our original craft beers, featuring our famous Farm to Foam brews. We also offer a Pistol Shrimp Brew Club, where members can receive newly released craft beers, dining rewards, exclusive tastings, and more.
• Menu: Our menus offer a range of options, including adventurous culinary creations and familiar dishes. All of our dishes are given a unique chef's twist, and we source our ingredients locally whenever possible.
