Company History

CSI Water Treatment Systems was founded in 1995 by Bill Chandler, a pioneer in the water treatment industry. With his extensive experience and innovative approach, Bill introduced the ReactR, a revolutionary product that utilizes natural aeration to treat water. Over the years, we have continued to innovate and expand our product line, introducing new products such as the Signature Series control valve, Nitro Single Tank Aeration System, and the Sidekick Single Tank Aeration Filter with Ozone Complete.

Training and Education

At CSI Water, we believe that education is key to success. Our state-of-the-art training facility at the CSI Water Training Center is designed to equip water treatment dealers and technicians with the latest innovations and knowledge of water technologies. Our Platinum Certification Program is a comprehensive training program that teaches technicians how to service and install our products. We also offer sales training to ensure that our dealers have the necessary skills to promote and sell our products.

Research and Development

At CSI Water, we are committed to ongoing research and development, investing in innovation and breakthrough technologies in the water treatment industry. Our in-house research and development team designs, engineers, and tests new products in our state-of-the-art test laboratory. Network of Wholesale Distributors

CSI Water Treatment Systems has a network of wholesale distributors that carry our full line of innovative products. This gives professional contractors the opportunity to purchase the products they need, when they need them. Additionally, we offer water analysis at no charge to help determine the right unit for a customer's specific water problems.

Water Test Site

Our Water Test Site provides customers with up-to-date information on their water test status, as well as a history of their old water tests.

Legacy View App

Our Legacy View App makes setting up and monitoring your Chandler Systems water treatment system easier than ever. With the app, users can conveniently view and adjust valve settings, view current water usage information, start a regeneration or backwash cycle, and more.
