At Hamptons Gymnastics East, we are committed to providing a premier private social club experience for children of all ages. Our state-of-the-art facility, located in Southampton, NY, offers a unique and nurturing environment where gymnasts can grow, learn, and thrive. Our mission is to raise the skill level of our gymnasts in a safe, educationally sound, and loving environment, guided by our passion for the sport of gymnastics and humanity.

Our Facility

Our 3,000 square foot facility is equipped with the latest technology and equipment, including vault, bars, beam, and floor, as well as trampolines and tumble trak. Our amenities extend beyond the gym floor, with a working lounge for parents to stay connected while watching their children train. We believe that gymnastics teaches valuable life lessons, such as discipline, hard work, and dedication, and we strive to create a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle for our gymnasts.

Our Coaches and Staff

Our coaches and staff are certified by the U.S.A. Gymnastics University and are dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our gymnasts. Our director, Paul Cesario, has a lifelong passion for fitness and gymnastics, and his expertise and guidance have helped shape our program into what it is today.

Our Programs

We offer a range of programs and classes for gymnasts of all ages and skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Our programs are designed to be fun, challenging, and rewarding, and our experienced coaches and staff work closely with each gymnast to help them achieve their goals. From our Diamond Tumblers and Diaper Dareangels programs for younger gymnasts to our Pre-Team and Copper 1 & 2 programs for more advanced athletes, we have something for everyone.

Giving Back

At Hamptons Gymnastics East, we believe in giving back to our community. We offer scholarships to underprivileged children in the Southampton area, and we ask that those who are able to give consider making a donation to our scholarship fund. Every contribution makes a difference in the life of a local child.
