Our story began in 1960 when Arthur Kleiner opened his insurance agency from his living room in Kenmore. After years of hard work and dedication, he retired and sold the company to his son Mark and his business partner Paul Chisholm. Paul continued to build the business, and in 2007, he bought out Mark. Today, we are a team of professionals who share a passion for helping people in Western New York. Our mission is to provide personalized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each individual or business.
