Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of janitorial services designed to meet the unique needs of your office space. Our BASIC 5 Office Cleaning Program includes:

• Trash Removal: Dumping all inside waste receptacles, removing soiled liners, replacing liners, and taking collected trash bags to the dumpster
• Restroom Cleaning: Spraying down toilets, urinals, sinks, hardware, and stall walls with hospital-grade disinfecting cleaning chemicals, and wiping clean all debris
• Dusting & Wiping Down: Using extended high dusters to knock down dust and cobwebs, and wiping down surfaces with disinfectant
• Sweeping & Vacuuming: Brooming floors, corners, and baseboards, and vacuuming all floor matting and carpeted areas
• Mopping: Hand mopping all hard surface floors with neutral floor cleaner and water

In addition to our BASIC 5 program, we also offer one-time deep cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning, and window washing services. We provide full commercial liability, workers compensation, and full bonding insurance paperwork when necessary.
