Our Founding and Experience

Founded in 2010, Xcel Land Company, Inc. has been serving the land surveying needs of clients in Tennessee and Kentucky. Our team, led by Stephen B. Murrell, PLS, has extensive experience in the surveying and engineering field. With over 18 years of experience in the middle Tennessee area, Stephen achieved licensure as a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Tennessee in 2010.

Before founding Xcel Land Company, Inc., Stephen worked with Ragan-Smith & Associates of Nashville, Tennessee for 11 years and then with Bledsoe, Adams & Christy, LLC for 6 years in his hometown of Dickson, Tennessee. This experience has equipped us with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional surveying services to our clients.
