Our team is led by Tim Sullivan, who has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He retired and started South County Clean Up, Demo, and Hauling six years ago. Tim is passionate about helping others and loves hands-on work and connections. He serves the South Bay area, including south San Jose, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy.

Our estimates are tailored to your individual types of materials and needs. These factors include total volume, size of items, types of and amount of hazardous materials and electronics. These quotes are customized to match your unique job and item requirements.

Full Service

We'll remove items from wherever they are located and load them into our truck. We try to leave the space as clean as possible.

Responsible Disposal

We'll dispose of your junk responsibly and we work hard to keep items out of the landfill, taking care to donate items in good condition and recycling as much as we can. We properly dispose of hazardous materials.
