Our Mission

Founded in 2007 by Shawn and Quincy Roskop, our mission is to create a construction company that is built on honesty, integrity, and strong communication skills. We strive to build lasting relationships with our clients and to deliver a first-class construction experience. Our ultimate goal is to go beyond the building aspect and deliver exceptional customer service.

As a full-service commercial general contractor, we offer a range of services to cater to our clients' diverse needs. Our key services include:

• Tenant Improvements: With extensive experience in the tenant improvement industry, we have completed tenant improvement projects ranging from small office remodels to large-scale commercial projects.
• Commercial Construction: Outside of tenant improvement projects, we have the expertise to complete a wide range of commercial construction projects, including building remodels and renovations, ground-up construction, and special projects.
• Industrial Construction: We work with clients and customers not only on their interior office needs but also on their manufacturing and distribution needs, including upgrading mechanical and electrical equipment, warehouse retrofits, and building out clean rooms or data centers.
• Special Projects: At Roskop Construction, we strive to continue our client relationship beyond the original project. We continue to service our customers throughout by being at their side and servicing them as required for their ever-changing real estate needs.
