At Valley Professionals, we are dedicated to serving those in need. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to providing comprehensive and integrated health care for all individuals and families. Our mission is to promote health education opportunities for the community, students, and healthcare professionals, while increasing access to quality care and creating healthier communities.

Our History

Valley Professionals has a rich history, dating back to 2008 when our first location opened in Clinton, Indiana. Since then, we have grown to include eight additional locations in Montgomery, Parke, Vermillion, and Vigo counties, as well as a Mobile School-Based Health Center that visits schools in Parke and Vermillion counties. Our journey has been marked by significant milestones, including the opening of new locations, the expansion of our services, and the recognition of our commitment to quality care.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and patient resource services. Our primary care services include the treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, as well as check-ups and more. Our dental services include everything from preventative care to emergency and restorative services. Our behavioral health services offer a variety of services that suit all family needs, including individual and family counseling. Additionally, our patient resource services include RN Care Managers and Community Resource Navigators who are ready to support you with all your needs.
