Mold Removal
Erie Environmental provides comprehensive mold removal services addressing residential and commercial properties. Our IICRC-certified technicians use EPA-approved methods to identify and eliminate mold colonies, including hidden growth in attics, crawl spaces, and HVAC systems. We follow strict containment protocols to prevent spore spread, employ HEPA vacuums for air purification, and offer third-party testing to ensure complete remediation. Clients receive detailed explanations of the process and post-treatment maintenance guidance.
Asbestos Abatement
Our Ohio-licensed asbestos removal team conducts OSHA-compliant abatement for residential and commercial properties. Services include material testing, containment setup, and safe removal of asbestos-containing materials like floor tiles, pipe insulation, and vermiculite. We use negative air pressure systems and full PPE to protect occupants, with final HEPA cleaning and air quality testing. We handle friable and non-friable asbestos, ensuring proper disposal per EPA regulations.
Radon Mitigation
Erie Environmental offers EPA-compliant radon mitigation solutions for homes and businesses. Our certified technicians install sub-slab depressurization systems to expel radioactive gas, reducing indoor concentrations to safe levels. We provide initial testing, system design, and post-mitigation verification. All work follows AHERA standards, with guarantees on system effectiveness and client education about ongoing radon risks.
Lead Removal
We specialize in lead paint and dust removal for pre-1978 properties. Our team follows EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) rules, using HEPA vacuums, wet scraping methods, and containment barriers. Services include surface testing, hazard reduction, and post-remediation clearance testing. We provide documentation for real estate transactions and ensure compliance with federal and state lead safety standards.
Healthcare Cleaning
Our healthcare cleaning services cater to hospitals, clinics, and labs requiring specialized sanitation. We use hospital-grade disinfectants and electrostatic sprayers to eliminate pathogens, following OSHA bloodborne pathogens standards.
