Our Facilities and Services

Our equestrian center is situated on 73 acres of gently terraced land, providing a beautiful and peaceful setting for horse and rider. We offer a variety of facilities and services, including boarding, lessons, and events. Our outdoor arena is 230' x 100', making it large enough to hold a full-size dressage arena or a full hunter course. The arena features flexible fencing for the safety of horse and rider, three access gates with stay-mounted latches, and an 8' x 12' gazebo to keep observers comfortable.

Our beautiful 200' x 80' indoor arena is light and airy with four 8' x 8' windows that open fully. The dustless footing provides excellent traction and compression rebound to reduce wear and tear on horses' joints. We also have trail obstacles (e.g., wooden bridge, practice gate, water hazard, etc.) available for training. Additionally, we have a valuable training tool; a 60-foot round pen.

Boarding Services

At Ithaca Equestrian Center, we understand that your horse is more than just a pet. We are committed to providing each horse entrusted to us with the best care possible. We live on the premises, which allows us to monitor their activities closely. We can see when a blanket or fly mask needs adjusting. We can tell when a horse is "off" or just not acting normally. Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for your horse.

About Our Location

Ithaca Equestrian Center is conveniently located on Route 96 North-West of Ithaca, New York. We are just minutes from downtown, Ithaca College, Cornell's main campus, and Cornell's Equine hospital. TCAT bus route #21 runs right in front of the Center, making it easy for students without cars to access our facilities.
