The Arts Ballroom - Catering and Events, located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia, is the city's premier special events venue. We are situated in the Avenue of the Arts District, just a stone's throw away from City Hall and the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Our magnificent Grand Ballroom, with its mahogany doors, hardwood floors, French imported stretch acoustic ceiling, marble fireplace, and stunning granite staircase, is the epitome of elegance. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 seated guests and 550 guests in a cocktail format, making it an ideal location for weddings, mitzvahs, corporate functions, galas, fashion shows, and product launches.

The Sylvania Room, adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, is a distinguished and stately space, often used for cocktail receptions for up to 300 guests or plated dinners for up to 100 seated guests. Adorned with crystal chandeliers, a myriad of mirrors, and a top-shelf backlit marble bar, this room exudes grace and sophistication.

Our Mezzanine & Lounge is a stylish and sophisticated space, perfect for bridal parties or "behind the scenes" needs. Highlights of the Mezzanine include two exclusive suites with private adjoining restrooms and Juliet balconies overlooking the Ballroom.
