RockStar Dance Studio

RockStar Dance Studio is a certified professional dance establishment located in Pacific Grove, California. Our mission is to inspire students of all ages and levels to achieve artistic confidence and create dynamic visual works of art. We strive to offer classes in a professional, age-appropriate, and safe environment. Our teachers are mandated to have background checks, CPR certification, and training in sexual abuse prevention. We welcome students from all backgrounds and offer a variety of classes to suit different interests and skill levels.

Our Services

We offer a range of classes including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, and Pilates. Our classes are designed to cater to students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced dancers. We also provide summer classes and a summer camp for a more intensive dance experience. Our experienced teachers are dedicated to helping students improve their skills and achieve their goals.

Meet Our Team

Our team includes experienced dancers and choreographers who are passionate about teaching and inspiring others. Our founder and artistic director, Stevie McKim-Kirmil, has a deep understanding of the dance industry and is committed to providing a high-quality dance education. Our teachers include Master Teachers David Kendallen, Katlynn Hayden, and Ali Ballash, as well as Junior Teacher Ms. Alexa and Pilates/Flexibility instructor Erin Gamble. We also have guest teachers and choreographers who bring new perspectives and expertise to our classes.

The Laura Akard Scholarship

We are proud to offer the Laura Akard Scholarship in memory of a talented dancer and teacher who tragically passed away. The scholarship is awarded to a current student who shows a willingness to put in the hard work and dedication required to excel in dance. Donations can be made to support this scholarship and help future generations of dancers.
