• Carey & Penny Hawes: As the founders and owners of Carey's Custom Woodworking, Carey and Penny have cultivated a thriving business built on trust, integrity, and unbeatable craftsmanship. Carey's expertise as a second-generation cabinetmaker, coupled with Penny's keen design sensibilities, guarantees a harmonious blend of beauty, functionality, and enduring quality in every project.

• Jena Salmon: Jena, Carey and Penny's daughter, serves as our Estimator, Designer, Marketing, and Project Manager. She handles every detail with care and professionalism and ensures that each project is perfectly executed.

• Jake Hawes: Jake, Carey and Penny's eldest son, is an Estimator, Designer, Project Manager, and Master Craftsman. With his meticulous attention to detail, Jake oversees projects from conception to completion, ensuring a flawless result.

• Jeremy Hawes: Jeremy, another talented son of Carey and Penny, serves as our Lead Cabinet Installer and Master Craftsman. He guarantees that every piece is installed with the utmost precision and care, resulting in a stunning finished product.

• Josh Hawes: The youngest son, Josh, manages the shop, coordinating daily operations and ensuring that every piece is crafted to perfection as our Shop Manager and Master Craftsman.

• Michael Olivas: As the Owner of Michael O's Painting and a vital part of our team, Michael Olivas skillfully finishes every cabinet with his impeccable painting techniques.
