Founded by Don and Joanna Underwood in 2003, BNB Chicago emerged from their personal experiences as parents of an aspiring model. Recognizing the importance of a personal touch in the industry, we have made it our mission to provide quality actors and models to our clients, while also discovering new faces for the entertainment business.

Our Journey

Our journey began when our 16-year-old daughter attended a modeling convention and received four callbacks, two from Japan. This unexpected opportunity led to her traveling to Japan fourteen times and working in other major cities like New York, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Hong Kong. This experience inspired us to open BNB Chicago in 2003, and we have been dedicated to providing the same life-changing opportunities to our talent ever since.
