Turning Point Counseling (TKC) was founded 18 years ago, with a mission to provide affordable, professional substance abuse counseling to the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. Under the direction of Terry Kelleman, our team of professionals has made a difference in countless lives, changing lives for the better.
