Our Team

1. *Mindy Ellis, Event Planner, Coordinator, Balloonologist, & Owner*

Mindy brings joy to individuals through her love for designing unique experiences and atmospheres. After a decade in special education and behavioral therapy, she began Twists to Remember in 2016 with her passion for creativity and organization. Her balloon works of art have earned international acclaim, and she is committed to learning new techniques and trends to provide the best for her clients.

2. *Josh Ellis, Framing Engineer*

Josh joined Twists to Remember as a framing engineer when he married Mindy in 2018. He fabricates structures that support the unique balloon creations designed by the team. As a farmer and seasoned construction crew member, he contributes valuable skills and expertise to our organization.
