Founded by the Kanan family, Greg & Lou's has evolved into a family affair. Eric Redmond and his wife Christa, who took ownership in 2014, are carrying on the Kanan tradition with their dedicated team of passionate chefs and servers. Their three children are also integral parts of the restaurant, ensuring a continuity of love and care.
