Quality of Service
Sweet Home Inspections has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers were extremely satisfied with the service they received, others had poor experiences. The common thread among the positive reviews is the professionalism and thoroughness of the inspectors. On the other hand, one customer, Cddunn, had a very poor experience with Sweet Home Inspections. They had an inspection done in July 2021, and the inspector failed to mention several issues, including water damage and roofing problems. When the customer reached out to the company about the issues, they did not receive a response. This led to a significant out-of-pocket expense for the customer.
