Our philosophy ensures that all patients' needs are met, including those from lower-income families across Indianapolis. We accept Medicaid and provide high-quality dentistry to children, regardless of financial situation.
Our Locations and Services
We have two locations, Prime Smile West and Prime Smile East, both offering a range of services including general dentistry, children's dental cleaning, soft tissue screening, sealant placement, fluoride treatment, same-day care, radiographs (X-Rays), and dental restoration & treatment. Our team also offers anesthesia services for a comfortable experience. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and have an after-hours patient emergency number for any urgent needs.

Our mission is to provide dental care services for the underserved in the greater Indianapolis area. We strive to accommodate all your children on the same day and accept a variety of dental insurance programs in addition to Medicaid.
