Our mission is to enhance the behavioral healthcare system for our communities, ensuring individuals and families have access to person-centered, evidence-based treatment and support. We focus on clients and families, ensuring timely access to care, promoting healthy, safe, and drug-free communities, prioritizing accountable and outcome-driven financing, and sustaining a locally managed system of care.

Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to support individuals and families affected by mental illness and/or addiction. Our services include crisis hotlines, prevention and recovery programs, contract providers, community coalitions, and more. We work with a network of public and private healthcare agencies to provide access to person-centered, evidence-based treatment and support.
