Meet Our Instructor

Cynthia Givens, the owner and instructor of the Heart of Florida School of Real Estate, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the classroom. With 18 years of real estate experience, Cynthia is a licensed real estate broker who has also worked as a licensed real estate instructor and former Florida REALTORS approved instructor. She has experience teaching in various formats, including live face-to-face, virtual, and recorded teaching in multiple states.
