Renewal Homes is a custom home builder based in Warsaw, Indiana. With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, we have built a reputation for creating homes that are not only beautiful and efficient but also reflect our clients' values and provide a safe, loving, and unified environment. Our goal is to build homes that add life to our clients' futures.

At Renewal Homes, we believe that every great home starts with a great relationship. We work closely with our clients throughout the entire building process, from the initial design phase to the final walk-through, to ensure that their goals are met and that they are completely satisfied with their new home. We value our clients and place them at the center of everything we do.

Our team consists of some of the finest craftsmen in a 50-mile radius, all of whom are dedicated to providing the highest quality service and meeting the highest quality standards. Our founder, Wendell Miller, has been designing and building personalized homes for clients since March 2003, and his motto, "Adding Life to Your Future, " communicates his mission to create homes that are inspiring, beautiful, and highly functional.

Diane Miller, a former art teacher, is a designer who works with clients on interior details. Her signature artwork, made from dried leaves native to the area surrounding the build site, adds a unique and personal touch to each home. Jason Yoder is our project manager, who handles a variety of details from start to finish and is often the first point of contact for most inquiries.

At Renewal Homes, we offer a range of services to help our clients build their dream homes. As a design/build company, we can handle the entire building process from start to finish, including design, construction, and finishing work.

We can work with clients even before they are sure of what they want, helping them think through options and create a personalized home that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. We can also work with floor plans that clients have already found, tweaking them to make them just-right for the client.

We can help clients find a build site if they haven't already secured one, and we can assist them in getting the most out of their location once a site has been chosen.

If clients are happy with the things they can't change about their current home, such as the neighborhood, view, school district, or commute, we can help them create additions and remodel projects that make the most of their existing home.
