Services

Our skilled nursing care includes a range of services such as skilled medical services, long-term care, respiratory care, trach care, wound care, wound vacs, IV therapy, respite and hospice care, bariatric enteral nutrition, nebulizer treatment, orthopedic care, Bipap/Cpap, burns care, catheter/foley care, colostomy care, diabetes management, dialysis, immunizations, lab services, oxygen therapy, restorative nursing, pain management, and psychiatric services. We also offer rehabilitation services like physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to help residents recover and maintain their health.

Dining

Our dietary team provides an a la carte menu with meals at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Coffee is available around the clock in the dining hall. Meal times are set at 7:00 a.m. for breakfast, 11:00 a.m. for lunch, and 5:00 p.m. for dinner. The meal ticket cost is $2.50 per person. Patient preference is top priority, so please check with your loved one for their preferred meal time.

Beauty Shop

Our in-house salon is located off 200 Hall and offers a range of beauty services. Appointments can be made with our front office at 731-989-7598. Beauty shop pricing includes sets for $12.00 and perms for $40.00.

Life Enrichment

Our activity directors lead daily life enrichment activities designed to keep residents involved and active. These activities include cooking club, bingo with iN2L Resident Technology System, and patient-centered care programs like Compassionate Touch and Bingocize.
