Services Provided

*Truckload Services*: Our truckload services include both 48' and 53' dry vans, expedited and team service, flatbeds, step-decks, RGN's, and live-load and drop trailer options. We offer load-to-ride services with minimal handling, reducing the risk of damage and claims. Our 24-hour dispatch coverage ensures that your freight is always moving and that you receive the personalized communication that sets TFC, LLC apart.

*Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Shipping*: Our LTL services offer flexibility and reliability for smaller shipments. We run all 48-states, provide lift-gate service, offer volume quotes, and can move both loose and skidded freight. Our residential and trade-show delivery options make it easy to ship to any location, and our 24-hour dispatch coverage ensures that your freight is always in good hands.

*Container Drayage*: Our container drayage services include regular, slide-axle, and tri-axle chassis, with a primary focus on the Port of Elizabeth and Howland Hook. We also serve most Eastern US ports, including Los Angeles. Our expertise in container drayage ensures that your freight is transported safely and efficiently, reducing the risk of damage and delays.

*Rail Intermodal Transportation*: Our rail intermodal services provide a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to truckload shipping. We have contracts with both Class I railroads, CSX and NS, and can provide door-to-door rates for 20', 40', 45', 48', and 53' containers. Our daily tracing reports and 24-hour dispatch coverage ensure that your freight is always moving and that you are always informed.

TFC, LLC is a trusted and reliable 3PL provider, incorporated in June 1998. Our MC # is 710585, and our Fed ID # is 27-2229840. Our SCAC Code is "TFCC". Our principles, Tom Pauwels and John Paradise, are committed to providing exceptional service and value to our customers.

Our banking information is with PNC Bank, located at 125 Wyckoff Rd, Eatontown, NJ 07724. Our surety bond is with Pacific Financial Association, Inc., Bond No.: 2126-0017. We provide downloadable forms, including our Contract Between Carrier and Broker, Request for Tax Payer I.D., TFC Surety Bond, TFC Certificate of Cargo Insurance, TFC Bank & Credit Information, and TFC Broker License.

Our billing information is sent to TFC LLC, 1457 Raritan Rd, Suite 201, Clark, NJ 07066. INVOICES MUST INCLUDE: Proof of Delivery (Signed Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt), a copy of our Rate Agreement (Recommended, but not required). Accessorials, such as fuel surcharges, must be agreed in writing and in advance. Lumper or Driver Assist charges must be accompanied by a verifiable receipt or receiver's signature on BOL. Detention MUST be addressed at the time of occurrence or within 2 hours of your appointment and approved in writing. PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days upon receipt of INVOICE & POD. Special terms negotiated on load-by-load basis must be agreed BEFORE accepting tender and will be written on Carrier Rate Agreement.
