Yes, we grow Cascade and Centennial hops on our family farm for our Pickers Harvest Ale and other seasonal brews.
What did this building used to be before it was TCBC?
The building was originally a 100-year-old church before being renovated into our current taproom and restaurant.
Why is your porter called P-51?
The P-51 Porter honors our grandfather who flew a P-51 Mustang during WWII and started our family farm after returning.
Are reservations available?
We do not accept reservations due to limited seating, but offer an online wait list system to manage guest flow.
Do you serve wine?
Yes, we produce several wines at our Lawton Ridge Winery including Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and P-51 Mustang Red.
