VVK Inc. is your local machine shop specializing in contract manufacturing (Job Shop) of complex and larger format mechanical components. Established in 2010, the company has been steadily growing from a small 1500sf shop to a brand new 6000sf shop. Our uniquely-sized equipment allows us to produce parts that require 3/4/5 axis processes. We produce parts for various industries such as electronics, aerospace, oil & gas, R&D labs, and defense. At VVK Inc., we manufacture and design custom engineered parts per customer specification. Utilizing computer numeric controlled (CNC) machinery, with the help of CAD/CAM, we are able to produce high-precision products while meeting delivery requirements. By working closely with our customers and providing manufacturability feedback, our mission is to find a manufacturing solution for complex or cost-sensitive components. We work with a variety of standard materials such as aluminum, steel, titanium, and plastics, and specialize in fiberglass and phenolic materials such as G10, G11, CE, LE, XX, and others. Our equipment allows us to handle a wide range of part types and sizes. Orders range from one piece prototypes to thousands of repeating components. VVK, Inc. is ITAR registered.

Services

Our services include CNC Machining using 2, 3, 4, and 5-axis machines to turn or mill parts. We also work with local and national vendors to offer complete turnkey solutions from a single source. Wide variety of finishing options, such as painting, anodizing, plating, etc. Welding, punching, pressing, installation of fasteners, and other assembly as needed.
