Our Services

Our primary focus is CNC machining, where we offer both milling and turning with the latest in CAD and CAM software. With a background going back 20 years, we have the experience to handle your toughest jobs. We also specialize in prototyping, where we can help bring your ideas to life, from concept to finished part. Our prototyping services include short run parts and prototypes with quick turnaround, and we can work from ideas, sketches, or reverse engineer existing parts that are no longer available elsewhere.

In addition to CNC machining and prototyping, we also design and build a variety of fixturing, tooling, and machine repair components that serve many industries. Our team of experts can work with you to create custom tooling solutions that meet your specific needs.

Our Capabilities

Our capabilities include CNC milling, CNC turning, tooling design, heat treating, surface grinding, product development and prototyping, reverse engineering, 3D printing, CAD design using Solidworks 2023, and CAM programming via Mastercam 2023. We have a range of state-of-the-art equipment, including 2021 Doosan DNM6700, 2018 Doosan Lynx 2100LB, 2016 Haas Mini Mill 2, Samchully 200mm 4th axis rotary, Okamoto 6/12 Surface Grinder, Baileigh horizontal band saw, Wilton 9" x 16" horizontal band saw, JET 9" x 20" lathe, Cress C401 Heat Treating Oven, and Creality Ender 3 3D Printer.
