In the words of our founder, "Due to my growing passion in beauty services industry, I took my first step by starting my own threading business in a small space inside Sterling Grandmart grocery store, back in 2012. In a short period of time, I was able to earn tremendous love and appreciation from my customers which proved to be the key to my decision to open up a full service day spa just across the street in Community Plaza. And then I was fortunate enough to team up with my salon and spa members along with whom I was able to succeed more. At the end of each day, I reflect on my and my team's entire day's performance and rejoice with the number of customers we were able to make happy on that day rather than being limited to the financial gain. This has been our nature and style of working and has never let us down."
