Our customers have the liberty to choose any color they like for their house or cabinets, unlike our competitors who limit their customers' choices. Our Process

Building a home is an exciting and sometimes overwhelming process. Our team is committed to making it as smooth and stress-free as possible. The first step in building your dream home is selecting a lot to build on. If you don't already own a lot, we recommend beginning your search as soon as possible. The second step is selecting a floor plan. There are many websites with floor plans available online, and we encourage our customers to begin seeking out a floor plan that fits their needs. After these two steps have been achieved, we can provide a general price for construction based on the floor plan you have selected. We recommend finding a lender for the construction project at this point. An interim loan is ideal for building a custom home on a homeowner's lot. Many banks throughout West Texas assist with interim loans.
