Bailey Hardwoods & Woodworking, Inc. is a family-owned business that has been in operation since 1983. Founded by master carpenter Tom Bailey, the company has continued to thrive under the leadership of his daughter, Jennifer DeSart, who purchased the business in 2006. Jennifer has ensured that the company maintains its commitment to quality and customer service, building on the legacy established by her father.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals, including Duane Moore, our lead carpenter and shop foreman, who has been with the company since its inception. Duane oversees all custom woodworking projects and brings his exceptional woodworking talents to every project. Greg Butler, our in-house master finish carpenter and cabinet builder, is another key member of our team. Greg's years of knowledge and problem-solving skills are invaluable in crafting solutions for our clients. Chris Austin, who has been with us since 1996, rounds out our woodworking team. Chris has a deep understanding of the challenges of remodeling and applies his knowledge to build products our customers appreciate.
