Recreational Gymnastics
Our recreational gymnastics program serves children aged 18 months to 18 years with structured classes from parent-tot to advanced levels. Quarterly testing ensures proper skill progression while maintaining safety and technical excellence. Students receive certificates of achievement regardless of promotion status.
Competitive Gymnastics
HITS offers competitive programs for boys and girls aged 5-18 competing at USAG levels 3-10 and Xcel divisions. Our experienced coaches evaluate athletes based on skill, commitment, and coachability during open tryouts held annually in April and December.
Trial Classes
New students can participate in trial classes for $25, which applies toward first-month tuition. Beginners start at level 1 regardless of prior experience to establish proper technique foundations in a supportive environment.
Tumbling Classes
Specialized tumbling classes focus on acrobatic floor skills for students aged 6+. Our structured curriculum develops fundamental techniques through progressive training in a 1-hour weekly session format.
Preschool Gymnastics
Designed for 3-4 year olds, these 45-minute sessions develop motor skills, strength, and balance through playful activities. Classes emphasize foundational physical development while introducing basic gymnastics concepts.
