Our Services

At Independence Floor Supply, we offer a range of services to support our customers' flooring needs. Our In-House Machine Repair team, led by certified technicians, is equipped to diagnose and repair machines, including nailers, staplers, sanding machines, and more. We also maintain an extensive inventory of parts and pieces, enabling timely service and quick turnaround times.

For customers seeking guidance on flooring selection, our team is available by appointment to assist with product choice, color selection, finish coordination, and layout. We have access to top lines in hardwood flooring, tile, natural stone, luxury vinyl tile, carpet, and more, ensuring that our customers find the perfect floor for their lifestyle.

To provide customers with confidence in their flooring choices, we offer Product & Installation Technical Help. Our team is happy to educate customers on product performance, wear and tear, maintenance requirements, and proper installation techniques that align with industry guidelines.

We also offer Job Site Delivery, providing customers with a convenient and efficient way to receive their flooring products. When possible, our team can deliver products directly to job sites, ensuring timely installation and minimizing logistical hurdles.

At Independence Floor Supply, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise. Led by Owner Jeff Stuard, a 25-year flooring industry veteran with experience in wood flooring, tile, carpet, and more, our team includes:

• Stephanie McNally, Owner, with over 25 years of flooring industry experience in sales, purchasing, and office management.
• Jim Werner, Operations Manager, with a background in finance and sales, as well as extensive knowledge of hardwood flooring.
• Kady Schwartz, Tile Designer, with focus on tile design, color, materials, space planning, and installation.
• John Hankinson, Logistic Manager, with over 30 years of experience in hardware, construction, and logistics.
• Brendan Harrigan, Warehouse Manager / Delivery Driver, with experience in delivery and warehousing.
• Jim Giguere, Sales Representative, with a strong background in sales and product knowledge.
