A Rich History of Artistic Excellence

Born in 1993 from the aspirations of five dedicated artists, Abingdon Theatre Company has become a vital fixture in the New York theatre landscape. Throughout our journey, we have:

• Collaborated with over 200 playwrights
• Produced 85 New York and World Premiere plays
• Hosted over 700 play readings
• Staged 175 ten-minute plays
• Commissioned 6 one-act plays
