Educational Facilities

Professional Design Group, Inc. (PDG) has been the leading civil engineering consultant on various Educational Facility renovations, improvements and addition projects. These addition and improvements ranges from replacement of existing turf with synthetic turf to major addition and renovations in access of seventy million dollars in construction cost. PDG has been involved in the preparation of minor site plans, survey, geotechnical investigation, site evaluations, cost estimating, site as-built plans, obtaining sign permits, obtaining VDOT construction entrance permit, and the preparation of easements plats for more than 42 different school sites throughout Fairfax County.

Commercial Projects

Professional Design Group, Inc. (PDG) has been lead civil engineer on several large scale and small commercial projects though out Greater Washington Metropolitan area. Our services ranges from small scale site plan to large multi use shopping centers. The following is a limited list of some of these projects.

Residential Projects

PDG have been preparing Infill Lot Grading Plans, Subdivision Plans and Site Plans for detached and attached residential projects since 1992. Professional Design Group, Inc. (PDG) has been lead civil engineer on several large scale and small residential projects though out Greater Washington Metropolitan area. Our services ranges from small single-family home to large multi-family residential projects.
