Our Story

At Emerald Coast Therapeutics, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive health and wellness services to our community. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering innovative and integrative approaches to promote health, healing, and wellness for the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. As a new business in the Santa Rosa Beach area, we aim to bring together various disciplines of western and eastern medicine to treat the whole self.

Our Professionals

At Emerald Coast Therapeutics, we are proud to have a team of experts who are passionate about helping others. Our professionals come from diverse backgrounds and have extensive experience in their respective fields. Meet our team:

• Joshua Hostetter, MA, LPC, LMHC: As our owner and a licensed counselor, Joshua has over a decade of experience in counseling and mental health services. He holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Eastern University and is certified in schema therapy, addiction, trauma, and integrative medicine.
• Stephanie Barnello, MSW, RCSWI: A registered clinical social work intern, Stephanie has over 30 years of experience working with individuals, families, and communities. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of West Florida and has experience working with veterans, community medical care, and homelessness outreach.
• Sarah Canterbury, MS, LPCI: A graduate-level licensed mental health counselor intern, Sarah has a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families overcome anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and attachment wounds.
• Lori Manning, MS, BCAT, LMHC: A licensed mental health counselor and board-certified autism technician, Lori has experience counseling individuals and groups struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ASD-related challenges, abuse, and neurological disorders.

• Outpatient mental health services: We offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions for individuals struggling with emotional, mental, or psychological challenges.
• Integrative medicine: Our team of professionals is trained in various medical disciplines, including acupuncture, psychiatry, integrative and functional medicine, chiropractic, massage, spiritual direction, and meditation.
• Spiritual direction: We offer spiritual guidance and support for individuals seeking spiritual growth and healing.
• Play therapy: Our play therapy program is designed for children and adolescents struggling with emotional, behavioral, or attachment challenges.
• Couples therapy: We offer counseling services for couples seeking to improve their relationships, manage conflict, or overcome attachment wounds.
