Rental Process

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we have outlined our rental process below:

1. Make a reservation online before arrival to ensure equipment availability.

2. Arrive at Beach Scooter & Bike Rental located in front of Shephard's Beach Resort no later than 45 minutes before the reserved departure time.

3. Ensure all guests in your party meet the necessary requirements to participate in the rental, including a valid government-issued photo ID and a physical copy of a major credit card for security purposes.

4. Review and sign our waiver form before departing.

Important Policies

• Zero Tolerance Policy: We do not permit intoxication or drug use while operating our rental equipment.
• ID Requirement: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for any guests checking in at Beach Scooter & Bike Rental.
• Security Deposit: A physical copy of a major credit card is required to place a $500 hold per golf cart and $250 per beach scooter and bike rental.
