SEBCO Concrete & Masonry Services is a Minneapolis-based, family-run business that has been providing concrete and masonry restoration services since 1992. Our Story

SEBCO was founded by Jerry Larson, who has over 40 years of experience in the concrete and masonry restoration industry. Jerry's background in the field, combined with his leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, has enabled SEBCO to grow into a respected and unique business in the restoration industry. His son, Erik Larson, joined the company in 1996 and has since become the Project Manager. Erik's understanding of the job process and his ability to build strong relationships with clients have been invaluable to the company's success.

Services Offered

SEBCO offers a wide range of services, including building restoration, industrial facility restoration, and parking deck restoration. Our services include tuckpointing, stone repair, chemical cleaning, brick replacement, and re-caulking of windows, doors, and control joints for building restoration. For industrial facilities, we provide shotblasting, epoxy/urethane injection grouting, epoxy/urethane floor and wall coatings, and floor repairs. In terms of parking deck restoration, we offer clear penetrating water repellents, shotcrete, deck repairs, polyurethane deck coating, and traffic-bearing expansion joint systems.
