North Coast Health Center is the largest outpatient health center in coastal North County. North Coast Health Center was developed in partnership with local physicians and is owned by AmeriCare Health & Retirement, Inc. Our management team, AmeriCare Medical Properties, specializes in the development, construction management, asset and property management, marketing, and leasing of medical office buildings.
