Our Team

Our team is led by co-founders Justin Fleischman, CEO, and Scott Blanford, COO. Both Justin and Scott have extensive experience in the environmental consulting industry, with a combined 20 years of experience. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Ecosystem Restoration and Management from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, and a Master's degree in Systems Ecology and Ecological Engineering from the University of Florida. Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Florida.

Our Expertise

Our areas of expertise include:

Wetland Delineation: We provide formal (State) and jurisdictional (Federal) determinations, as well as conservation area determinations (Orange County CAD permits) and Hillsborough County WDR30 applications.

Natural Resource Assessments: Our team conducts listed species surveys, listed species habitat assessments, and environmental inventory reports to ensure that our clients' projects are environmentally responsible.

Mitigation: We offer wetland impact mapping and functional loss assessments, mitigation plan development, and functional gain calculations for both State and Federal listed species. Our team also provides mitigation bank permitting, construction, operation, and management, as well as property and mitigation potential valuations.

Environmental Monitoring: Our services include hydrology monitoring and reporting, piezometer/well installation, automated data recorder installation and maintenance, and database management.

GIS Analysis: We provide aerially interpreted wetland lines, as well as mapping and GIS analysis for our clients' projects.
