- Heel Pain: Heel pain is a common complaint, and can be caused by a variety of conditions, including plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and Achilles tendonitis. Our team can provide effective treatments for heel pain, including physical therapy, orthotics, and in some cases, surgery.
- Diabetic Foot Care: Diabetes can have a significant impact on foot health, leading to issues like nerve damage, poor circulation, and increased risk of infection. Our podiatrists are experienced in providing comprehensive diabetic foot care, including regular monitoring, education on proper foot care, and treatment of any issues that arise.

Our Doctor
Brian D. Jackson, DPM is a highly skilled and experienced podiatrist with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal foot health. Dr. Jackson received his undergraduate education in biology at the University of Memphis in Tennessee and attended medical school at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. After graduating in 1992, he completed a two-year residency at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Jackson is board certified in podiatric orthopedics and primary podiatric medicine. He has been in practice for 25 years and specializes in general podiatric medicine, heel pain, diabetic foot care, ingrown toenails, and toenail fungus.
Our Offices
We have two convenient office locations in Columbia and Pulaski, Tennessee. Our Columbia office is located at 1215 Hatcher Lane, and our Pulaski office is located at 306 South 7th Street. Both offices are open Monday through Friday, with hours varying by location.
Appointment Scheduling
To schedule an appointment, please call our Columbia office at (931) 380-0353 or our Pulaski office at (931) 424-3338. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible to avoid charges for cancelled appointments.
Insurance Acceptance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.
