Our journey began when our founder, Raul Souza, immigrated to the United States in 1997, bringing with him a rich tradition of professional building from his family in Santiago, Chile. Raul expanded his family's craft by studying all aspects of modern construction, including accounting, codes, and management. In 2005, he earned his North Carolina General Contractor's license and started his own construction company, Souza Homes.
