Community Experience
The community is described as beautiful, clean, and welcoming by residents. The management and staff are praised for being friendly, professional, and responsive to concerns. Julie and Angela are specifically mentioned for being patient and knowledgeable.
Maintenance and Repair

Corporate Issues
However, there are some issues regarding corporate practices that are raised by Jeff Paris. He was charged a reletting fee and an additional month of rent despite providing 60 days' written notice. This led to a difficult and confusing situation, with the account being sent to collections without adequate communication.
Poor Moving-In Experience
Andy Jih had a negative experience during his move-in, as his unit was not ready on time and the maintenance team lacked urgency in addressing the issues. The leasing office was also unhelpful.
