Community Access Program

Community Care Network is a consortium of programs dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals across the lifespan in the greater Rutland Region of Southern Vermont. We strive to provide responsive, innovative, and collaborative services that cater to the unique needs and goals of each person we serve. Our organization is deeply committed to supporting individuals with the quality services they require, working closely with community partners to ensure compassionate, equitable care for all.

Behavioral Health Services

Rutland Mental Health Services, our behavioral health division, offers a comprehensive range of services, including Child & Family, Adult Outpatient, Substance Abuse, Residential, and Recreational Therapeutic Services. Our team of trained professionals is dedicated to meeting federal, state, and other accreditation requirements for professional development, ensuring that we deliver the highest quality of care.

*Child & Family Mental Health Services*: We provide comprehensive mental health services for children and adolescents, addressing various emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns. Our team of experienced clinicians works closely with families to create tailored treatment plans that promote healing and resilience.

*Adult Mental Health Services*: Our adult mental health services cater to the unique needs of individuals navigating life's challenges. We offer a variety of evidence-based treatments, including individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management, to support our clients in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being.

*Substance Use & Recovery Services*: Our substance use and recovery services aim to help individuals break free from the cycle of addiction and achieve long-term sobriety. We offer a continuum of care that includes assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and recovery support services, empowering our clients to reclaim their lives and restore their relationships.

Developmental Services

Our Developmental Services offer a comprehensive array of person-centered supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. These services promote the health and safety of individuals and families, help individuals become valued and respected members of the community, build meaningful and mutually supportive relationships and social connections, and empower individuals to make choices and decisions that affect their lives.

Home & Community-Based Services

We offer a variety of home and community-based services designed to support individuals in their own environments. These services include case management, therapeutic services, and skill-building opportunities, allowing individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Early Child Care & Education

Rutland County Head Start promotes school readiness for low-income 3-5 year old children by enhancing their social and emotional development through high-quality, comprehensive programming in early education, health and mental health support, social services, and parent involvement.

Senior & Volunteer Services

RSVP & The Volunteer Center provides volunteer opportunities for people of all ages, serving over 150 non-profit organizations in Rutland and Addison Counties. In addition, RSVP/VC designs and implements volunteer-driven Signature Programs, such as RSVP Bone Builders, RSVP Operation Dolls & More, and RSVP Rutland County Reads, inviting individuals to explore the world of volunteering and make a difference in their communities.
