Experienced Attorneys

Our team is led by C. Don Nattkemper, a native of Terre Haute, Indiana, who graduated from Indiana University Law School in 1973. Mr. Nattkemper has extensive experience in real estate, estate planning, probate, business, and banking law. He is a member of the American, Indiana, and Terre Haute Bar Associations. Jared A. Farnsworth, also a native of Terre Haute, joined the firm after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and a Master of Laws degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Farnsworth's practice areas include wills, trusts, estate planning, real estate, business law, and elder law.
