Founded by two brothers, Saro and Raffi Marukian, our story began in Istanbul, Turkey, where they learned the art of jewelry-making from their father-in-law, Koko Kurkjian, who was renowned for his exquisite designs. The brothers brought their expertise to the United States, opening Siera Jewelry in the early 1970s.
