At TRIAD Communications, we're a band of merry misfits with a passion for delivering award-winning marketing and design solutions. Since our founding in 1994, we've been dedicated to crafting creative strategies for businesses, government, non-profits, and foundations. Our team of experts combines collective knowledge to provide the best solutions for your marketing needs, from designing your website to creating a media plan.

Our team is made up of passionate individuals who are dedicated to their fields. Our President, Rick Krochka, is an advertising and marketing expert with a strong background in levy and campaign strategy. As the Vice President of Creative, Michael Carlson leads our design team with his expertise in graphic design and concept creation. Audrey Houseman, our Vice President of Clients + Campaigns, is a project facilitator with a knack for political strategy and a passion for good vibes. Bridgett Idell, our Accountant and Office Manager, keeps our finances in order while also being an avid hiker and kayaker. Nicholas Peters, our Vice President of Web + Digital, is a website strategist and information architect who also has a background in music. Laura Peters, our Design Director, leads our design team with her skills in illustration and typography. Mark Reifsnyder, our Senior Account Executive, is an account manager and project facilitator with a love for Cleveland sports. Ryan Rimmele, our Director of Content, is a copywriter and marketing strategist who also has a passion for storytelling.

Our Space

We live in an old historic building that may or may not be haunted. The Falls Stamping and Welding building was constructed in 1928 and housed various manufacturing operations over the years. Recently rebranded as the Foundry, the industrial building was transformed into our official playground. Stop by and check it out sometime. It's a space that's perfect for cultivating creativity and big ideas by a team of crazy people who love what they do.

Our Modus Operandi

We've been described as a 'band of merry misfits' and an 'ever-youthful clan of vampires' - minus Kiefer Sutherland. Our near-creepy levels of familiarity allow us to work together as a cohesive unit - think Voltron but with desks. We believe work should never be boring and interject fun into every part of the process. We want you to leave our space with a smile on your face. We'll never tell you to smile though, that's just condescending.
