It is because of that belief that we strive to make our location the perfect place to escape and enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday responsibilities. A place where there are no TVs and limited cell service. A safe place where there is plenty of open space for the kids to play and run, a place to hike and swim, a place to relax and enjoy time with nature and with each other.

Located on one of the most scenic and unique roads in America, we are also a great location for your next motorcycle adventure. The Black Hills offers hundreds of miles of great motorcycle riding and is the home of the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Spokane Creek Cabins & Campground is located in the heart of some of the best rides in the Hills making it a great place to vacation while enjoying the area on a motorcycle.

Our cabins and campground sit in a valley on 26 picturesque acres surrounded by Forest Service land just 7 miles south of Keystone, South Dakota. We are located on the spectacular, historic Iron Mountain Road between Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore National Memorial, giving us the ideal location for you to enjoy the beauty of the Black Hills while experiencing the local wildlife that visit us regularly.

Spokane Creek Cabins & Campground offers a wide variety of vacation options to meet everyone's budget and needs. Whether you are looking for a vacation cabin, an RV site, or a place to pitch a tent, we have you covered. For those looking to experience the great outdoors but without an RV or tent, we have 19 unique cabins with varying levels of amenities. Our level, grassy RV sites include full or partial hookup and back up to Forest Service land or sit along our babbling creek. Our shady tent sites are situated along Spokane Creek and offer primitive camping or water & electric hookups.

Because we offer so many lodging options, we are an ideal location for a family reunion, group adventure, or just a place to call home while on vacation. We believe that everyone deserves to enjoy the beauty of the Black Hills and the unique experiences that it has to offer.

Our Amenities

Spokane Creek is a full-service vacation destination, offering gas, diesel, and propane, a cafe and coffee shop serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and home of the Iron Mountain Road Visitor Center & Store (home of official Iron Mountain Road merchandise). Our cafe is a great place to start your day with a custom coffee or espresso, roasted locally in the Black Hills. Don't feel like cooking? Our cafe offers a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Our Iron Mountain Road Visitor Center & Store is the perfect place to learn more about the local area, get directions, and pick up any supplies you might need during your stay. We also offer official Iron Mountain Road merchandise for you to remember your trip by.

At Spokane Creek Cabins & Campground, we are a family-owned, family-oriented business dedicated to helping you make the most of your vacation. We are pet-friendly, however, please review our pet policy carefully before deciding to bring your pet as they are not allowed at many attractions and we do have restrictions on the size and number of pets.
