We have completed numerous commercial interiors for tenants, landlords, architects, and developers. Our projects have ranged in size from 1,000 SF to 50,000 SF, showcasing our ability to handle projects of varying sizes and complexities.

As one of the leading Commercial Drywall contractors in our area, we have the ability to self-perform all aspects of the Commercial Drywall scope. Our services include demolition, light gauge steel framing, insulation, drywall, DFH, and ACT.

Capitol City Glazing provides high-quality, affordable bathroom and kitchen reglazing services. Our services include tubs and wall, shower surrounds, and cabinets. We offer competitive rates while providing high-quality finishes.

Multifamily Renovations

Capitol City Construction has completed countless In-Unit Apartment renovations for some of the leading property management companies. Our Leadership

Capitol City Construction is co-owned by Andro Tomic and Roy Willett, both of whom bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry. Andro Tomic is responsible for all aspects of Business Development and has a background in Construction Management and Business Administration. Roy Willett has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry and has worked as a Certified Building Engineer, Project Manager, and Sr. Project Manager. Our Operations Manager, Carolyn Cornwell, has extensive experience in the Property Management industry, having managed commercial and high-end condominiums and successfully overseen multi-million dollar capital improvement projects.
