• Bruce D. Utter, P.E.: Bruce is a principal and professional engineer of the firm. He has over 30 years of experience in environmental engineering and regulatory compliance.
• Khattar I. Elmassalemah, P.E.: Khattar is a principal and professional engineer of the firm. He has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Thomas W. Conrad, L.S.: Tom is a founding licensed land surveyor and principal of the firm. He has over 40 years of experience in land surveying and mapping.
• Dan J. McCarthy, L.S.: Dan is a licensed land surveyor with over 20 years of experience in land surveying and field data collection.
• Patricia Praetorius: Pat is our accountant and has been with the firm since its inception.
• Erica Pagerey: Erica is our administrative assistant and handles a variety of tasks, including marketing and communications.
